    Novotel is located near the Tower Bridge, it’s just walking distance to this famous attraction. And very accessible to the train station as well. The staffs are superb especially Zainab in reception, hats off to her! I have to mention Samara, Fatima, Alex and Quintin as well for their hospitality. The cleaners ate great! Food for breakfast was the same for the 7 days that we stayed, it was a disappointment for me. Thanks to the cleaners as well.

    Didnt like the water bottle thing, it was too hassle, just go out from the room just to fill the water bottles anyhour it gets finish, although Tv thing was not that good! They shall upgrade their Tv to smart-tv which contains applications & good screen mirroring! Overall i’ll give 6/10!

    We stayed for a night before flying home. It was a decent hotel for a one-night stay but probably will choose a different one if we are staying longer.
