Not worth the price. Bad food and disappointing experience.
Nice location, amazing beach and huge pool.
Food was not good for an All Resort style. Lack of variety and bad quality. Service was not good either, called front desk to deliver water and they didn't come. No instructions given at check-in. Also room was not ready when we arrived by 3pm. No activities for adults during day and almost nothing at night. No coconut water, only artificial one. Food was far from beach/pool.

some people couldn’t behave specially at the buffet restaurant, although there was signs saying about dressing policy . people were coming in on shirtless or just wearing shorts , bikini or even pjs… I paid a lot of money and I don’t want to eat my meal near someone that doesn’t even bother to dress nicely for a meal . Some people don’t have the pearks of a Brazilian credit card where they can split the cost of the hotel in monthly instalments… so we pay the full amount at the check in time and it was a LOT of money … we consider at least to the people that go there to behave and dress appropriately or even have manners . like the picture I have attached bellow, this family simply placed their sunlounge in front of mine blocking any space I had in front of my sunlounge… they didn’t even bother to ask first or say “excuse me”, nothing just put the sunlounge in front of mine and stayed there … I had to ended up leaving because they’re were blocking no only the sun but my view … and they were also so close to the pool edge that nobody could walk past. the life guard was right there and didn’t say anything… and she saw my face …. anyways not the hotel’s fault but clearly letting people with no manners rule the whole business. I’m not even going to mention the people’s behaviour at meal times … absolutely chaotic looked carnage … people grabbing 1,2,3,4 plates staking all and taking to their table … running like the food is going to end . There was no one watching at mealtime that’s why things like this were allowed to happen, and just puts a bad fame in the resort… if you want to be 5* the guests need to behave better and work on their manners. more strict dress code please!!!!! NO CHILDREN AT THE BAR, should be adult only !!! bar staff at the pool could at least fake that they like their job lol nothing worst than getting a drink and someone don’t even ask what you want and just stares at you and wait for you to say.
