Not worth the price. Bad food and disappointing experience.

Nice location, amazing beach and huge pool.

Food was not good for an All Resort style. Lack of variety and bad quality. Service was not good either, called front desk to deliver water and they didn't come. No instructions given at check-in. Also room was not ready when we arrived by 3pm. No activities for adults during day and almost nothing at night. No coconut water, only artificial one. Food was far from beach/pool.

some people couldn’t behave specially at the buffet restaurant, although there was signs saying about dressing policy . people were coming in on shirtless or just wearing shorts , bikini or even pjs… I paid a lot of money and I don’t want to eat my meal near someone that doesn’t even bother to dress nicely for a meal . Some people don’t have the pearks of a Brazilian credit card where they can split the cost of the hotel in monthly instalments… so we pay the full amount at the check in time and it was a LOT of money … we consider at least to the people that go there to behave and dress appropriately or even have manners . like the picture I have attached bellow, this family simply placed their sunlounge in front of mine blocking any space I had in front of my sunlounge… they didn’t even bother to ask first or say “excuse me”, nothing just put the sunlounge in front of mine and stayed there … I had to ended up leaving because they’re were blocking no only the sun but my view … and they were also so close to the pool edge that nobody could walk past. the life guard was right there and didn’t say anything… and she saw my face …. anyways not the hotel’s fault but clearly letting people with no manners rule the whole business. I’m not even going to mention the people’s behaviour at meal times … absolutely chaotic looked carnage … people grabbing 1,2,3,4 plates staking all and taking to their table … running like the food is going to end . There was no one watching at mealtime that’s why things like this were allowed to happen, and just puts a bad fame in the resort… if you want to be 5* the guests need to behave better and work on their manners. more strict dress code please!!!!! NO CHILDREN AT THE BAR, should be adult only !!! bar staff at the pool could at least fake that they like their job lol nothing worst than getting a drink and someone don’t even ask what you want and just stares at you and wait for you to say.

Vila Gale de Angria dos Reis

This beutiful hotel, located in a peace of paradise, with many wonderfull amenities where I and my wife could spend a restful vacation. Room are reasonably big size and verry comfortable bed. The 2 exclusive restaurantes serve a really good portion and high quality dishes, complementem by the amazing beaches and pools.

Service, food and drinks were superb. Huge variety of foods. Great wine and drinks by the pools. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and rooms.

Very poor internet connection throughout the hotel. No heated pools, in case of cold weather, you’d better stay in the room, since the water of Pools are cold.

Falta de clareza nas informações, quem vai a primeira vez fica muito perdido. Algumas coisas eu só descobri quando já estava saindo. Nem sempre a recepção atende o telefone, pra sanar dúvidas e em algumas vezes atendem e desligam.

A localização da praia do hotel é privilegiada. Ótimo para passar uma tarde com as crianças. O hotel possui uma infraestrutura boa mas precisa de manutenção.

EXPERIENCIA RUIM - Não gosto de generalizar, mas o atendimento da equipe da cozinha é MUITO ruim. - As equipe da cozinha parece estar sempre de mal humor. - Em absolutamente todas as refeições faltaram pratos, copos e ficamos mais de 1h para conseguir nos servir. - A maior parte da comida não é preparada com cuidado. Não é boa. Acaba tendo muitom disperdício pq vc precisa pegar praticamente tudo para conseguir selecionar um ou dois itens que estão bem preparados. - Pratos e copos disponíveis tinha que ser selecionados. Havia muito prato e copo sujo, engordurado. - Limpeza do quarto a desejar. Todos os dias com areia e o chão sujo mesmo após a arrumação. - A nossa preocupação com a higiene foi grande. Estávamos com bebês e se o quarto, copos e pratos a mostra estavam nessas condições fico com medo de pensar como fica no interior da cozinha aonde tudo é preparado. O principal destaque é a sua localização inigualável. Estar imerso na exuberância da Costa Verde é um privilégio, e o resort tira proveito disso, oferecendo um cenário lindíssimo para o descanso. A estrutura da piscina também merece aplausos, sendo ampla, confortável e um excelente ponto de lazer. O corpo funcional é extremamente cortês. Os funcionários são consistentemente muito educados e prestativos, sempre dispostos a ajudar e com uma atitude cordial.

Apesar da cordialidade, a qualidade dos serviços e da infraestrutura de apoio não justificam o preço e a promessa de exclusividade. 1. Crise Gastronômica A alimentação foi, sem dúvida, a maior decepção. • Restaurantes de Reserva: Os três restaurantes temáticos que exigiam reserva se mostraram de qualidade ruim, com pratos "nada demais" e atendimento lento. A expectativa de uma "experiência diferenciada" falhou miseravelmente em termos de sabor e serviço. • Restaurante Principal (Buffet): O restaurante principal, utilizado para a maioria das refeições, também ficou muito abaixo do esperado. A qualidade da comida é básica para o nível de preço do resort, e a reposição dos alimentos no buffet era demorada e falha, gerando frustração nos horários de pico. 2. Infraestrutura, Manutenção e Conforto • Academia: Salvas as esteiras, os aparelhos são de qualidade duvidosa, pouco ergonômicos e, em alguns casos, em estado ruim, com notável ferrugem nos halteres. • Máquinas Externas: Em áreas externas, as máquinas de refrigerante estavam repletas de marimbondos, transformando um ato simples em um risco. • Iluminação do Quarto: A iluminação era parca e fraca, tornando o quarto excessivamente escuro à noite, o que compromete o conforto. • Tapetes de Banheiro: A dificuldade em obter um tapete no banheiro foi recorrente (apenas um pedido atendido em três), sugerindo uma falha na política ou gestão de enxoval do resort. 3. Falhas Operacionais e de Serviço • Despreparo da Equipe: Ao mesmo tempo em que são educados, a equipe demonstrou despreparo em lidar com situações de dificuldade ou dúvidas mais complexas dos hóspedes, indicando a necessidade de treinamento em resolução de problemas. • Navegação e Informação: A localização das coisas é confusa. Vi apenas um mapa indicador no resort e não foi fornecido um mapa impresso ou digital no check-in, dificultando a orientação dos hóspedes.

Acomodação muito boa, um quarto enorme, banheiro enorme. A praia é muito tranquila e agradável.

Check-in extremamente lento, demorou mais de 1 hora para atender e liberar. No café da manhã, chegamos às 09:00 horas e já havia acabado quase tudo e não repunham nada, faltou muita coisa. A maioria dos funcionários (não todos) muito mal educados, grosseiros. Sendo um all-inclusive, deveriam citar que há restrições, pois as geladeiras de bebidas ficam trancadas e liberam apenas às 10:00 horas. No bar da piscina, em pleno sábado, às 15:00 horas +/-, acabou uma certa marca de cerveja, quando perguntei se iriam repor, o atendente foi mal educado, dizendo que não iria e que era para reclamar com a gerência. Tem fila pra tudo e todas as filas demoradas, tanto no check-in, quanto no restaurante, quando no churrasco da piscina (mais de 1 hora para pegar um pouco de carne). Agendaram no restaurante de massas um jantar e quando chegamos, mesmo estando com a reserva em mãos, nosso nome não estava na lista, mas mesmo assim nos acomodaram. Check-out não seria diferente, uma demora infinita para retirarem nosso carro do estacionamento. Esperamos cerca de 1 hora para encontrar a pessoa que iria retirar o carro, mesmo reclamando umas 3 vezes.

Almoço e jantar do restaurante versátil é bem ruim, comida sem tempero, peixe mal cozido. Poucas opções, ou é peixe ou massa. Pouca carne. Deveriam investir em mais opções de carne. Enfim, péssima a experiência. Suco industrializado. O café da manhã só tem bolo, falta tortas com coberturas e recheio, coisa que qualquer hotel tem. Decepcionante.
