Location, free parking, pancakes for breakfast, comfortable bed.
This place has the potential to be great, just a few nuances.. TV - one channel, if the cable is at the right angle to the TV. Mirror behind the TV - why? The shower door was too small or the shower was too big. The bathroom door could not be closed and locked. The wall night light lost contact with the wall. The lamps in the bathroom were flickering all the time. The electricity went out at breakfast because my bread in the toaster broke the corks.... Funny…

We choose hotel for it's location, free parking space and good price - get everything that we wanted. Location was in nice neighborhood of Krakow near the city center and main attractions, our car was safely parked in closed yard and we did get a quiet night stay at the last moment and good breakfast for good price.

Proximity to city centre was good, only 20 mins walk. The free parking was great. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Staff was kind.
The hotel needs a renovation. Rooms are outdated. Old, flat pillows, squeaky bed. Stains on the bedsheets. Bathroom not really clean, shower head covered in limescale and it was broken and sharp and cut my face during shower. No shampoo, no conditioner, only shower gel from a container of questionable cleanliness. The paint on the toilet seat was coming off. Overall not the best value for the money.
