The hotel was good and staff very helpful and friendly

Continental breakfast was ok but to many sweet things for my liking. The croissants were not labelled very well, lots of different ones but didn't know what you getting until you ate one.

Superb

Very friendly people at the reception desk, we felt welcomed. The parking option was v good. Everything felt easy. There is a Spar supermarket 2 min walk from the hotel which is v convenient. The hotel room was v clean and modern. Everything worked v well. There was a quiet air conditioning.

Very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The air on in the room was welcome too after a long day sightseeing. Upon arrival, the safe wasn’t working properly and the staff were extremely quick to fix it with minimum fuss.

Small hotel with very friendly personnel. Very close to the subway and a calm lobby bar. The room where a bit small but clean and cosy.

This is the case, when all works perfectly and no problems arrived. Personal was wiling and friendly, food tasty ... nice place ... :)

Average hotel

Good location, good connection with the public transport. Breakfast was okay.

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm but when we arrived at 3.25 our room wasn’t ready yet. We were able to check in at 4:05pm. The staff on duty wasn’t even apologetic for it. They didn’t seem to care at all.

Worth the price

Clean, close to public transport, facilities are working as promise, staff are friendly, very recommended to stay with, close to restaurants and shops.

The parking , it's too narrow and dangerous, specially for big car like ours. And they asked for all family passport and told us to leave it with the reception , which I found this is not common practise as passport is very important document, if they need to enter information better inform the guess so they can de ide whether to wait or to leave for the passport

Good place to stay

Breakfast in the morning, coffee bar in the lobby and selection of wine at the coffee bar at night. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.

My bed was very hard and the pillows were flat so I didn't sleep the best but that's just me. I have sciatica so that is why the bed was not the best for me.

- elevators were too small and in the last day we fall one floor with one of them, you need to do proper maintenance. - there are repeating works that are currently done in the hotel and for the noise there was no excuse or warning from the reception - we announced that we will miss the last breakfast and we asked if they could prepare us 2 paninis but we had no feedback on that

Very good location within Turin

The location of the hotel is very good, since it is around 100m away from the metro station, where you only need around 3-4 stops to get to the City Centre (around 10 minutes journey). The reception staff were very hospitable and helpful, where we left our luggage without any problems whatsoever. The hotel also offers free water fountains.

The breakfast was a bit basic, without hot food (e.g. sausages, bacon, fried eggs). Moreover, there were ongoing works at the hotel, which were noisy at times, since they were right in the floor underneath us.

Home away from home.

the property is in a nice area of town - easy to get to. It was my first time in Italy and the staff assisted with ordering cab and directions which made it easy to navigate Turin as a first time visitor. Comfort level was 10/10.

Nice staff but doesn’t make it up for poor facilities. would not stay there again

The staff was nice

- The water pressure of the shower was extremely poor, it was taking ages to take a shower, especially if one had to wash their hair. Also the draining of the water in the shower was not working properly and you ended up with a mini pool in the bath when you were taking a shower - The hotel was very noisy: you could hear all the conversation and TV from the other rooms and you could also hear all the noise from the street
