A little for a lot

The view was nice. Suite was very recent and well designed. Loved the bathtub.

The worst breakfast i had in a hotel in a long time, for a 18€ per person. No attention to detail, little to no local products, poor preparation sandy scrambled eggs, soft bacon, all jams from France .. few min walk you can have a brunch for the same price and with service. You need a university degree to comprehend the distribution of light switches in the room. It became a running joke, no chances to turn on the “right light”. The sound isolation is nonexistent, our suite was on 8th floor, there was a family across the hall and we could hear them like they were in our suite. Parking 25€/ day not included in the price of the suite. We spent over 500€ for 2 nights stay, not worth it.

Big and comfortable apartments

Really big, modern and comfortable apartments (special thanks for wardrobe). Nice and helpful reception staff. Spa in the building. Many nice restaurants in walking distance. About 40-50 min walking to city centre. Good parking

Really good breakfast Heaps of choice. Nicely appointed room. Fresh orange juice was especially good. When I couldn't find a letter box in turin a girl at the desk offered to post my letter on her way home and confirmed the next day that she had done so. Great service. Our suite didn't have a washing machine. 720. So I was doing washing in the bathroom sink. The water ran away really slowly. Drain blocked. I mentioned it at the desk and they fixed it that day. Gain. Really responsive. Ok it is expensive but we found it well worth it.

It is a little out of the city and next to an ugly construction site. But we walked 3 blocks to the Dante metro and it was fine. A lot of little supermarkets near by.

Great place to stay!

My group was very happy with our suite. It was spacious and clean and had everything we could possibly need. Will stay again if we return to Turin.

The only negative comments is the entry door to the building is tricky and the lobby looks like an office building and made me worried that the hotel wasn’t going to be nice. But I needn’t have been concerned!

Excellent place for comfort and facilities and friendly helpful staff, and all at a good valuation.

We were upgraded to a huge apartment by friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was well furnished, and equipped. The breakfast was good and the gym and spa facilities all excellent.

It would have been nice to see some more weights in the gym. The floor of the apartment was a little cold in winter - you need to wear the slippers! The locations is a little out but is well served by public transport and/or walking to the centre which we did.

Large and well-equipped apartment with excellent breakfast.

Large apartment, kitchen facilities, rich and tasty breakfast, helpful personnel both at Reception and Restaurant.

Quite expensive, at least during the week of Nitto ATP Finals. You need a 10min walk to reach any of the public transport options (underground, bus), not a problem for us but might be for some people.

City visit to Turin

We got a big modern appartment fully equipped kitchen and city views and although the road in front was very busy, the traffic would reduce at night. It was very comfortable and the location, not directly in the city centre of Turin, but reachable on foot, through nice neiborghoods. There are nice restaurants in the vicinity, there is parking (at a fee) in the building, which is a very good advantage in a big city. We enjoyed a lot the visit to Turin and walking along the park by the river.

The bathrooms were a bit old and the flushing system in one of them was not working properly. They could do with a modernisation.

Pleasant stay in a modern and clean structure

Modern structure, very clean and big room, excellent breakfast, very kind and helpful staff, nice location near to the Valentino park.

The huge windows had just curtains to darken the room, no roller shutters or alike, so darkening was not that good. Being on a high traffic road the room is a bit loud.

Loved the apartment, especially the washing machine. Very modern and clean. Comfy beds and 2 bathrooms which is great for family of 4. Easy parking. Perfect central location but nice quiet pocket of Turin.

Spacious and well equipped apartment but it’s not in the centre

Good sized two bedroom apartment with an extra loo. The main bedroom even has a dressing room with plenty of wardrobe space. Great to have a washing machine. Staff were very polite and house keeping was great. 15 minute walk from bars and restaurants in San Salvario.

The location is a little out of the way if you are in Turin on holiday. The bathrooms had not been fully refurbished and looked older than the rest of the apartment. No dishwasher tabs, salt or oil meant we had to buy things just for our short stay.

This hotel ticks all the boxes - it is quiet at night, the bed is large and comfortable, the shower is powerful, the air con works well, the staff are friendly. It’s in a good location and the room is very spacious and modern.

Absolutely perfect! The staff is amazing and very accommodating, they really do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are even better than expected. We also tried the spa, the message there is definitely worth it. If I ever go to Torino again, I will go back there for sure.

Pleasant

Amazing huge apartment, better than expected, fully furnished. We loved the possibility to prepare food in the lovely kitchen. I would appreciate just to find just more vegan options for breakfast, and that would be perfect. Turin is even more awesome if you stay in this hotel.

Suite Room is very spacious which is a rare find in Torino Italy. I extended the stay to 3 weeks after first week, which says lot about that place. There is also a SPA at the first floor, which is very convenient and get stress out of you after a long trip.

Hotel entry is right between ground floor and 1st floor, and split with two flights of stairs with no ramp. It would be nice to have a ramp which makes moving big luggage easier.
