    To be honest this is not my favorite hotel so far. Although it’s a good hotel (selection of breakfast was nice and the value for money), I find this hotel as not very accommodating at all. The staffs are not smiling (as I don’t feel the welcome vibes) and worst he didn’t want to grant my late check out request at 12:30 or 1pm. l’ve checked in at 11:30pm (due to my late flights arrival) so the reception guy said, he can give you to 12 noon only. So, that’s ok I was happy with that. Had a good sleep (the room was basic) but after calling the reception in the morning to confirm this, I felt that the reception lady was not very helpful either and she told me there’s no record of my request and can only give me 30 mins that’s it, as a max and no consideration at all. So Im a bit disappointed with it and when I told her I was told to stay up to 12noon she’s like… ooh ok. Anyway I just want them to be more flexible especially with guests that checks in very late due to delayed in flights. Not to mention there’s a renovation happening at the time so the breakfast room was temporary relocated to a small space. Overall rating is 3.5 star. My first and last in this hotel unfortunately. I can still recommend it based on location. Best of all!

    A slight delay in getting a paid for request into my room even though it was approved a few weeks before. Other than that a top spot. Comfy bed, clean, heated swimming pool and walking distance to everything in the city.
