Amazing hosts and location with exceptionally nice and clean house

Excellent owners and contact with guests, very clean and nicely built house, and extraordinary location. Windows are looking at local church with the clock, small river, and an outside private area right on the shore of the river.

nothing to say much, I'd suggest to have a washing machine with easy guest access.

Genau so wünscht man sich den Urlaub in Bayern: eine familiäre Athmosphäre, in der man sich vom ersten Moment bestens aufgehoben fühlt, herzliche Gastgeber, die dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestalten, auf jedes individuelle Bedürfnis eingehen und mit ihrer lebensfrohen Art eine ansteckend gute Laune verbreiten. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber und gepflegt bis in den letzten Winkel. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da sich in alle Himmelsrichtungen auf kurzer Distanz tolle Ausflugsziele befinden. Ausgezeichnetes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen wieder! :)))

Das Frühstück hätte ein wenig Abwechslung vertragen. Feta mit Gurke oder Mozilla mit Tomaten. Naturjorghurt und ein wenig Obst, dafür weniger Wurst, die gut war,

Tolle Lage, sehr nette Besitzer, absolute Empfehlung

Das Gästehaus Pöppl ist einfach perfekt. Eine gemütliche, nette Unterkunft, tolle Ausflugs- und Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe, man kann auch direkt vom Gästehaus losgehen. Zudem sind die Besitzer wirklich sehr, sehr nett, haben immer ein paar Tipps für Ausflüge, Wanderungen oder was in der Gegend gerade so los ist. Morgens gibt es ein leckeres Frühstück, mit selbst gebackenem Brot (das Rezept wurde bereits 2x nachgebacken, vielen Dank) und allem was man so braucht. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Von den Besitzerfamilie wird das Gästehaus sehr freundlich, sehr angenehm und gästeorientiert geführt - tolle, ruhige Lage - gut und neu ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Balkon - schnelles Wlan - Frühstück perfekt - Radschuppen am Haus - hauseigener Autoparkplatz - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend - die Vermieter sind sehr um perfekte Urlaubstage ihrer Gäste bemüht!

Ein ganz kleines Minus betrifft die Hellhörigkeit bez. des Einzelzimmers zum benachbarten Doppelzimmer.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, liehen uns spontan ihre Grödels und Wanderstecken aus, gaben uns prima Restaurant- und Wandertipps; das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ansprechend eingerichtet, WLAN super; Dusche/WC sind klein, aber sehr sauber; am Spiegel könnte eine Beleuchtung vorteilhaft sein;)
