1. It is closer to city centre, everything is connected and close to each other. Around 5-25 mins from restaurants and other activities.
2. They clean the room every day so I had a new and clean bedding every night.
3. The breakfast variates every morning. Fresh, warm food which was nice.
4. The hotel is clean from reception to our room. Really tidy with no odour.
5. Staffs are friendly like they greet you every time.
1. Customer service was mild except for the manager. Some worker couldn’t understand English which made it hard to communicate however the manager was great.
2. They did not had vegan options or vegetarian for their breakfast.

The room was very clean, the location was superb and the staff members very welcoming and had great suggestions regarding bars, restaurants all according to your taste.
The breakfast had a good variety of items, nothing special but at the same time adequate to start your day. My favourite receptionists Anna and Despoina they had a solution and an answer for everything and they were always smiling and showing that nothing was too much trouble! Also the cleaner on my floor (4th, a blonde lady) was very sweet always greeting me in the warmest way possible every single morning, unfortunately I didn’t get her name to make her known.
If I had to mention something, the shampoo/shower gel were not good at all I had to go outside and buy some different brand. But not too serious but maybe something to consider.

The hotel was right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to everywhere, and located on a nice street. Overall, since we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, we had no major complaints, but there weren’t even any slippers in the room. We noticed that there were slippers on the housekeeping carts when we were leaving for checkout, so apparently, they did have them — they just weren’t placed in our room. Also, there was no phone in the room, which meant we had to go down to the reception if we needed anything — I find that quite inconvenient during a vacation. There was coffee and tea in the room, but no water; I think at least one bottle of water could have been provided. Breakfast was sufficient — the buffet could have been better, but it was enough to feel full. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
