    Don't come here Unfortunately, we are very dissatisfied with our experience at the Atlantis City Hotel. We arrived having been promised a 12:00 PM check-in, only to be told upon arrival that check-in wasn't until 2:00 PM. We had a drink at the bar and walked around the city a bit; when we returned, we were told the room wouldn't be ready until 7:00 PM. We were taken to the annex to relax until our room was ready. We lost an entire day because of this whole situation. When we finally got our room, it wasn't what we had seen in the photos or what we had expected to get. On the second day, the air conditioning stopped working—not just in our room, but on the entire floor. Several guests were furious and gathered in the lobby. The hotel staff said there was nothing they could do other than have us wait for a mechanic the following day. I should also add that the staff were surly and unhelpful; they ignored customers standing at the reception desk when we needed assistance. A man staying on the third floor mentioned that the fire alarm went off every morning, preventing him from sleeping. We had looked forward to using the spa facilities, but upon arrival, we were told it was out of order. This was a real shame, as it was one of the features we had been most excited about regarding this hotel. The breakfast wasn't very good—certainly not what we expected from a four-star hotel. The scrambled eggs were watery, the coffee was poor, and the tables were dirty. The fruit wasn't sliced; it was served whole. You cannot control the air conditioning yourself inside the rooms. The reception staff claim that the hotel's entire power system fails if the rooms are kept below 20 degrees. Consequently, 20 degrees is the lowest temperature setting available in the hotel rooms. We asked for a refund for the first day, as it was lost due to a double booking and a late checkout. The answer was no; instead, we were offered a buffet dinner at the hotel—excluding drinks. And judging by the taste of the breakfast, we don't expect the dinner to be particularly good either. I do not recommend this hotel. The only plus is its very central location. Otherwise, it is simply a waste of money, and you can find much better hotels at a lower price.

    we close to stay in Atlantiw hotel and they send us in onother building .we had to curry our things and walk in the night and finally we stayed in an old building with a lot of noise

    This is a very cosy and nice hotel, clean and quiet. Ideally located in the city of Rhodes, it is definitely a value for money choice.
