Pleasant stay with very accommodating staff We had a very pleasant stay at Castellum Suites. The property is clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The food was pretty good for an all-inclusive. It’s not world-class and there is room for improvement in terms of flavor, but overall we found the quality perfectly decent and had no complaints. One of the biggest positives was how accommodating the hotel was around check-out. We were able to continue using the facilities after checking out, including the pool, bar and food, and the hotel even allowed us to use a shower afterwards. This was particularly useful given our late departure and made the final day much more enjoyable. It’s a level of flexibility that you don’t always get at all-inclusive hotels. The location is also very good. It’s around a 10-minute walk into Rhodes Old Town and the main shopping area, so you have easy access to restaurants, shops and the historic centre while still having a relatively quiet base. The main downside is the soundproofing. The rooms can be quite noisy, particularly if you are on the ground floor. The cleaning carts start moving around relatively early in the morning and can be quite loud, and the housekeeping staff sometimes talk to each other loudly outside the rooms. Better soundproofing would make a noticeable difference to the experience. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay. It’s a clean, comfortable and well-located property with genuinely accommodating staff. The food is good, the facilities are pleasant, and the flexibility around check-out was a standout positive. With improved soundproofing and a little more consideration around early-morning housekeeping noise, it would be an even better experience.

Nice clean city hotel. Rooms are like premier inn. Food average for all inclusive. All staff amazing. Especially george the bar man. Biggest let down was no out door area to sit after 5pm.
