Location, staff are always a big bonus here.
Intermittent wifi connection inside the room, couldn't connect laptop or iPad.

New refurbishment.
Not being able to purchase a beer at 10.30pm. Something to do with cash system. Offered to pay cash or add to room. But no. No drink after a long day travelling. Very poor service, but other than that glitch very good. Perhaps receptionist needs some training I hospitality!

Spacious and clean. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
It would have been good if the hotel did food at other times of the day rather than just breakfast.

Friendly and helpfull staff and so close to the 10 Metro Line
Heating system was not working properly, and strongly dissapointed that there was a noise sound at 08.23 in the morning. We've just learned that there was an renovation construction work at the same time so there was plenty of mess and so much noise from the workers of the construction company. :(
