Most hotels take your luggage to your room. This one didn't and would have liked to be shown around. cleaning staff omitted a few things and had to request items but it was not a serious problem more of an inconvenience.

Location and cleanliness

Staff were awful no duty manager at certain times of the day when I had to complain about some things. Drlling by pool/ air con in gym not working/ poor breakfast / my room not being cleaned one day / wanted to hire bikes but staff didn’t call back and so on!

The rooms are very nice, comfortable and bright. Staff excellent and very friendly. Great location

We have got room in building next to the pool, rooms there have very poor and old air conditioning which is load like hell so you can’t use it in the night, as a result we have not slept much 3 nights due to heat.

1. General price of this hotel is not worth it - 300/400/500 Euros per night is not worth it. (Amare is better) 2. Chef in live section for making eggs is kinda not friendly. I felt uncomfortable ordering eggs from him (men with slightly gray hair). 3. Hotel is pro muslim while not stating this on the site - not having alcohol and pork is a minus. 4. Not having fresh peppers for breakfast is a minus for me. 5. Shower gel being 2 meter from shower is weird. 6. I personally didnt like being charged 30 Euros for early check in - 2h 50 min. On example i check out 4 hours earlier, missed breakfast too, but havent get any money back. 7. Bed in back pool section was broken and even i told 1st day to Pool person, it was not fixed until end of stay. 8. Atmosphere by the pool is very quiet, most of the time with no music or very low music. 9. Most of the restaurants in the area are super expensive. Puerto Romano is pricy. 10. Jacuzzi in spa was cold.

It is conveniently located across puente romano, but it is not walkable. Hard to distinguish how to exit the hotel by foot, it is mostly meant to be entered by car. No clear sidewalks

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and for 3 of those nights the elevator was out of service. My room was on the top floor (level 3 in Europe = level 4 in the U.S.), which meant climbing four flights of stairs every single time — extremely inconvenient, especially with luggage. A 5-star hotel without a functioning elevator simply cannot be considered 5-star. The Wi-Fi was also terrible. It constantly disconnected and was very weak throughout my stay. Despite complaining twice to the front desk and being reassured it would be fixed, nothing changed. On my first night, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling at all, and I woke up drenched in sweat. Thankfully, that issue was fixed the next day — but the elevator and Wi-Fi were never resolved. Service was disappointing as well. At the poolside restaurant, I sat for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, despite trying to get the staff’s attention multiple times. I finally gave up and left. The hotel feels cheap overall. For over 700€ per night, I expected a true luxury experience, but instead found cheap finishes (basic tiles, no marble, 4-fixture bathroom instead of 5). The facilities and service do not match the advertised category or price. I sincerely hope the hotel considers offering a partial refund. A non-working elevator and Wi-Fi are unacceptable for guests paying this rate in a so called 5 star hotel. I also have video proof of the elevator not functioning. I will not return and will not recommend anyone to stay here.

This is far from a 5 star experience. Breakfast was average. Rooms were clean but very basic. Nothing lucky about the pool area. Very basic hotel.

Would have liked to have a bar in the hotel as it might have created a bit more atmosphere in the hotel but it’s not really an issue as there are many options surrounding the hotel.

The no alcohol policy was very vague on booking and on arrival No mention of it on check in either. No offer of help with luggage from reception to different block of hotel.

Fantastic location, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Spa facilities lovely. Pool pretty chilly in April, but was nice it was open.

In-room fridges didn't work, construction noise from work being done in hotel courtyard. It's maybe not quite five stars but still reasonable value for money.

I liked the location of the hotel

1. The walls are very thin you can hear everything going on in the rooms adjacent. There was mould in the shower I have pictures.

The location itself is good, directly opposite Puente Romano; staff are friendly and helpful; good parking facilities, modern ambience.

Even if you book a 'Premium Deluxe Room', you look at (and hear) a four-lane road with the corresponding traffic and noise (day and night); the cleanliness lacks the attention to detail for a 5-star hotel; breakfast is okay but the food and the equipment of the breakfast room is by no means at a 5-star level.

The hotel is tired. Gym has broken machinery and missing weights. Generally tired with dirty tired paint in the gym. No alcohol served. The housekeeping teams knock and enter right away without even waiting for at response. Caught without clothes on numerous occasions. Shower and sink blocked. Air conditioning is poor with the speed having to be on full to enabling it to be cool which is then very noisy and also our throats were sore from it. Did complain about the gym to the staff but nothing was done about it. The staff struggle to understand due to language barriers.
