Comfy bed, good pillows. Good location close to public transport and supermarket.

No shower screen/curtain with a shower head that constantly falls or moves. No way to make or obtain a warm drink at the premises. Little insulation made it possible to hear conversations from room next door. Clothes went missing during daily service, and no care given to help locate. No where local to obtain good breakfast

We found the accommodation to be perfect, thanks to its spacious room, available room service, convenient transport links, and the wonderfully friendly staff.

The accommodation felt a bit dated. We found bird droppings on the balcony, and there wasn't an electric kettle provided.

The location is walkable to the property from the Mestre station. Rooms are comfortable.

Nice villa

The parking of the hotel is private, in the hotels courtyard. The furniture in the rooms is nice, but the rooms are a little bit old and in need of a renovation. The room has a mini refrigerator and balcony. The trip to Venice from here with bus is around 20 min.

If you are going to visit Venice, there are nicer hotels in Venice, for the same price.

Pleasant

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Convenient location, the bus station is around the corner to get to Venice, 10-15 minute walk to Mestre train station. A couple of bottles of water for guests. We were allowed to check in early.

Little dated rooms and furniture need some cleaning and refreshing. The fridge was making a noise when plugged in. The shower hose was broken and it was hard to use it, and the bad thing it was not fixed during our stay.

A lovely stay

Our bed was made for us every day and the room tidied and fresh towels put out for us. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The location is outside of Venice so you have to get the bus in, the bus stop is only around the corner but the buses are always full and we couldn’t get a seat but it’s only about 15 mins in to Venice.

Trip to Venice

The hotel was in a great area, close to the mestre train station but also very close to the bus station that goes to Venice ( we took the bus and it was quicker that the train). The room was very big and cozy, it was decorated in a special manner. The host is a wonderful person. We tood us all abouy transportation, where to eat and major attractions in Venice.

The room was a little bit outdated. In my opinion it need some refurbish especially in the bathroom.

Very quiet location and worth the low price. Loaction not the best, but buses nearby.

Be careful with what you see in the Booking pictures, they look WAY MUCH nicer than the one I stayed, room looks very old and needs a huge update. Two single mattresses in a king bed. The shower floods and water all over the bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and talked to us about ways to get into Venice and good places to eat around the BnB. Location was close to train and bus stations with easy access to Venice.

Wifi was terrible it didn’t work 95% of the time. Shower wasn’t the cleanest either even though we had daily room service.

The host was very kind and helpful. Always with a smile and happy to share guidance. Location was very good in a quite area, very close to train station, shops and a very good restaurant :) The place was very clean.

Unfortunately, there was a constant smell coming from the bathroom dreinange. The fridge was making a lot of noise when plugged in. It seems that the walls are quite thin, we were able to hear everything from the near room and the shared terrace.

Cosy room, great staff, perfect location!

The staff was friendly, welcoming and available. The room was spacious, clean and I loved the vintage decoration! The hotel is close to a bus line that brings you in Venezia in 10 min!! Also located near Mestre train station (10min walk), where you can find good restaurants and the bus that brings you to the airport. Villa Serena is the best place to stay if you want to enjoy calm nights but still want to be close to Venezia.

Perfect place to stay and visit Venice!

Manager of thos place was super helpful and nice - he arranged parking for our car and even bought us bus tickets to get to Venice. Room was clean, we had a fridge and private bathroom. Location? Perfect! Less than 10 min to Venice! We caught a bus nearby (6/6L- manager showed us everything on the map) and spent an amazing, romantic evening there with no worries about the car. Next day we were leaving and we had a nice breakfast 5 min away - we totally reccomend this location.

relaxing stay in Venice

The hotel is housed in a beautiful ancient Italian villa owned by the same family for generations. Furniture and decoration are antic and create a very nice ambiance. All rooms have a nice terraces and we were happy to have drinks there. The owner exceptionally nice and kind person, always ready to help. He happily provided all advice or assistance we needed. We spent really very nice time here. If you travel to Venice by car, this hotel is a perfect choice because it provides a free parking. The train station or a bus stop are within 5-7 min. walk and it is very easy to commute to Venice.

because of pandemic only one part of the hotel is open and they are not able to serve breakfast. Though in the neighborhood there are nice places to get coffee and food.

The photos are unrealistic. They took out the trash from the bathroom but didn't change the towels. There was a little stain of blood on the sheet. It smelled of cigarettes when we entered. Everything is old and the bed upholstery was dirty and dusted.
