Hotel Aura Design & Garden Pool

Během pobytu o nás bylo výborně postaráno, velice milý personál na recepci, zdarma shutlle bus, výborná snídaně a bezkonkurenční bazén :) Určitě se zase někdy rádi vrátíme :)

Personal was really nice and helpful, they did an excellent job and always took care of anything that we needed, 10/10 for the personal. GREAT JOB! Shuttle service to the city was really good and on time. Breakfast: Bread, pastry, jam, cheese, was really good and fresh. Facilities where excellent, nice pool, nice hot pool, nice park for kids, table tennis, darts, perfect for a short or longer term vacation, a lot of places walking distances for eating, shopping. Room: One of the bed was really comfortable. Will definitely coming back!

Room Beds: 2 beds wasn't that great, the mattress feel kind of old and you when down pretty deep on it. They have a wall pillow that was also kind of old and scratch. Orange juice and hot chocolate was not that good, the coffee machine where you could get hot chocolate wasn't working, they offer alternative hot water to mix with powder, it was just ok. Scramble eggs and over easy eggs where absolutely terrible, over easy eggs cold and the scramble where like soaking in water, I assumed because of the condensation of the water for the plastic lid in top of it (To cover then or keep then warm) Bacon was not good at all, it feels like you eating an old piece of plastic.

Nice pool. Breakfast was good.

The blinds wouldn’t open. Dreadful decor in bedroom. The hotel was not in a great location.

An enjoyable hotel with excellent staff. The breakfasts were good.

I've been here twice, and both times the room was very poorly cleaned. The air conditioning didn't work in the room, and there was a leak from the bathtub/hot tub directly into the room. It would be a perfect hotel if the maintenance were better.
