About this apartment rental
The Gerbi apartment in the White House "Rais Gerbi", renovated in 2017, is a delightful and spacious bi-space of 4-5 beds in a villa near the sea near Cefalù and on the border with the Pollina Resort. It is 1 km from Finale di Pollina.
The apartment, surrounded by a large garden, consists of a living room with two beds and a third on request, which leads to the brand new kitchen of 3.60 meters, hyper-equipped, bathroom with shower and bedroom double bed.
The apartment overlooks a sun terrace overlooking the sea and has an outdoor area equipped with table, deck chairs, sitting area and chaise lounge, as well as a small portable barbecue.
The kitchen with five burners is equipped with a microwave oven, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
From the solarium you can access the beach below without having to take the car. The beach below is made of stones, in the surroundings there are inlets with sand.
Outside also a shower. From the patio the sea view gives the horizon a view of the Aeolian Islands.
The apartment has a free parking space, reserved in the villa.
Adjacent to the apartment "Gerbi" is the apartment "Rais" which can accommodate another 5 people.

The property is clean, everything works well, the inside is a little dated but we went to be outside not indoors ! A short steep set of steps takes you to a perfect private snorkling spot or you can walk 2 minutes further to the shared pebble beach next door. The views are fab, sunsets amazing & the garden was alive with butterflies, all so relaxing. We would definitely stay again

Das Objekt ist direkt an der Steilküste gelegen mit weitem Blick aufs Meer. Man kann runter an den steinigen Strand gehen. Ins Wasser kommt man auf Grund der Steine etwas schwierig. Es ist ruhig gelegen. Ein wenig Renovierung würde der Wohnung gut tun. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind schön. Am Abend empfiehlt sich ein Mückenschutz. Wir hatten eine entspannende Woche. Das Restaurant mit Pizzeria am nahen Campingplatz ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Vincenzo and his parents were very welcoming. The apartment was well furnished.
The location, overlooking a secluded bay was exceptional. Even though the bay was rocky it was possible to swim in the sea.
Cefalu was a charming town a mass of small interwoven streets. The food and drink street festival took place whilst we were in town. A treat for food and drink fanatics.
A visit to the Rocca was a must. A steep climb, shade was plentiful, a great view from the castle ruins. A good spot for our picnic.
The small village of Finale close by proved to be a good spot to eat lunch. Try Gastropoli di Ventimiglia, Via Luigi Einaudi, excellent food, reasonable prices, pleasant service. We also purchased a whole roast chicken with chips for one of our evening meals from the same establishment. Delicious
A good base to visit Pollina and Castel Buono in the mountains behind the apartment. Great views down to Cefalu and Finale.
