Good stop when hiking
Stayed just the one night when hiking through the Palatine Forest. Apparently it's the oldest guesthouse in the region. Good stay, but a bit pricey. There was a barbecue the night we stayed, which was good and very moderately priced. Good accommodation when exploring the area on foot or by bike.
The shower-head in the bathroom could be renewed. The town of Trippstadt has nothing much to offer. There is a small supermarket with a bakery and a butcher where you can top up your supplies when hiking, but that's it.

Nettes Hotel mit Restaurant mitten im Pfälzerwald in absoluter Ruhe. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, insbesondere zum Karlstal und zur Klug'schen Mühle. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist fantastisch.
