A wonderful and comfortable stay with breathtaking mountain views and friendly service in the heart of Grindelwald.

Our stay at Jungfrau Lodge Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff, who were always happy to assist with tips and recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains — waking up to the Eiger and Jungfrau peaks was truly unforgettable. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, yet within easy walking distance of the town center and the cable cars, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and well prepared, providing the perfect start to an active day in the mountains. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and welcoming, making you feel at home right away. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Grindelwald and the Jungfrau region. We would definitely love to come back!

Very little lighting in the bedroom, quite dark at night. Info on the radiator behind the curtains would have helped as it was turned up very high and it was hard to sleep, but overall a minor issue.

Accommodating of check in and check out. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very good for the price we paid. The room was warm on a cold night and the showers were appropriately hot and the bathtub had no leaks. I have no complaints.

Breakfast while ample could be a room for improvement for the lodge. There are boiled eggs, assorted breads, and coffee and cheese available.

Wonderful trip and the hotel met our needs.

The location was perfect, close to the train station and close to the town centre. The view was amazing. Bed was comfortable and the room was warm

The view from the balcony is perfect. The hotel is less 10 min walk from railway station. The breakfast is perfect. The room is cozy. The bed is comfortable.

The room is a little bit dark. And there is no electrical kettle. But guest can get hot water at reception.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good continental breakfast. Lots of options. Liked the hard boiled eggs as am addition. Bed was very comfy

Room was basic accommodations but very comfy bed. We had a triple room. The hotel is built in a mountainside and our room was in the back of the hotel with windows on side of hotel, which looks into a concrete wall. Dark and gloomy. But we didn’t come to the area to sit in the room.

Incredible views and a comfortable hotel

Jungfrau Lodge is a perfect place to base for visiting the Grindelwald valley area. Great breakfast to start your day. Nice and quite at night. Less than 10 min walk to train station, shops and restaurants. Views to die for of the Eiger and valley below. Staff very helpful and excellent English

No lift is always a shame but most people are pretty mobile if travelling to this area.

The best choice for staying in Grindelward.

The best location near Grindelward Banholf, First and Eiger Express cable car stations. The hotel staff are warm-hearted, kind, professional and hospitality, and even offer me early check-in when I get to Grindelward around 11:00am. Not mention to delicious breakfast I have ever had staying in Switzerland. From hotel’s balcony, you can see the best view of dream hill. 10 out of 10! satisfaction!!

Property is about 5 mins walk to the train station. Hotel is pretty old as you can tell from the style and interior. However room was kept pretty clean despite old style. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical continental style but good enough. View was amazing looking towards the mountain.
