    We stay in room which facung the mountain and bus station. A minute walk away from the Grindelwald station. Bus station is just opposite. Enjoy the view every time at the balcony.

    We decided to treat ourselves and pay a little extra for an apartment with balcony, which sounds nice on paper but in reality was an older building with no views behind the main hotel building. Its a shame as the main hotel faces Eiger mountain with balcony view and we thought by paying more we could get that room, but no:( Also apartment was dimly lit and old. Heater water switched between hot and cold every few min, not the best stay for the price.
