Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Gute Hinweise für umliegende Gaststätten. Schönes Frühstück in sehr schönem Frühstücksraum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bra bemötande och flexibel personal när jag fick lov att sitta på terrassen trots att den var stängd. Fin terrass!

Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, weil wir durch die Konfirmation unseres Enkels so viel zu essen bekamen. Es war alles prima im Hotel Alscher, vor allem sehr sauber -wunderbar! Sehr netter Chef.
Ich hatte nur etwas Probleme mit der Matratze, war am Morgen ganz steif im Rücken. Da hilft mir jedoch eine Tablette. Das ist besser, als wenn die Preise noch höher wären. Der sehr hohe Preis hing mit der Messe in Köln zusammen.

Location perfect for the trip. Hotel was located near local shops etc
No air conditioning. Rooms exceptionally small. Cleaners waking you up early in morning to change towels. Front reception area a bit rough looking. Could be improved
