Aside from the initial check in, the hotel is good quality, comfortable and great value for money.

The room was excellent and really good quality. It was private and decent sized with a great bathroom. I was actually sad to be leaving so soon because I really enjoyed my stay. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was also extremely helpful and improved my experience.

The main issue was I was a foreigner that arrived at the hotel late at night. There wasn't very clear signage, but more importantly not much information on the steps that needed to be completed to actually access the room. It was only when talking to a bystander that I realized I had to call a particular number to check in, and only with the person's help on the phone was I able to figure out how to get into the hotel. A bit more guidance or clarification (perhaps even in an initial email before check in or with clearer signs) would be really helpful.

Es hätte können ein wenig sauberer sein war aber noch ok Wc ,Bad gegenüber vom Zimmer (dem Anschein nach für alle Zimmer auf der Etage)

Anliegendes Restaurant, sehr freundlich und erklärte mir, das es ich nicht der erste sei.

Da es im Dachgeschoss war, dafür war der Wasserdruck beim duschen ausreichend und auch dementsprechend temperiert. Alles andere, wie Matratze, kein Fernseh funktioniert, Lampen im Schlafraum und im Bad kaputt. Allgemein ganz nett gemeint, doch leider kein kümmern.

Bei der Ankunft, war unter angegebenen Schließfach kein Schlüssel vorhanden. Nach mehrfacher versuchter Kommunikation per WhatsApp, SMS und Telefon…hat sich der Reinigungsdienst gemeldet und mit eine Alternative angeboten.

Eine Nacht mit wenig Schlaf!!

Kein Frühstück! Betten waren in Ordnung.

Fernseher ging nicht. Stecker defekt. Bei der Dusche spritzte es heraus. Keine Haltegriffe in Dusche für Senioren. Dusche war glatt. Lärm über uns bis nachts. Es schien umgebaut zu werden. Ein lautes Klopfgeräusch über Stunden. Verkehrslärm vorhanden! Zimmer durch dunkle Möblierung und Tapete wirkt sehr drückend! Es müsste Einiges getan werden, um ein freundliches helles und ansprechendes Zimmer hinzubekommen.

Enttäuschend, da eine Nutzung des Badezimmers nicht möglich war.

leider hat das Licht im Innenliegenden Badezimmer nicht funktioniert und man konnte das Bad / WC nur mit offener Tür zum Schlafraum benutzen. auch mein Anruf dazu beim Vermieter hat zu keiner Reparatur am nächsten Tag geführt. Die Dusche war komplett verstopft, der Duschkopf lose an der Verbindung zum Duschkopf, es spritzte raus in alle Richtungen. Eine Information zur Nutzung des Internets war nicht vorhanden und deshalb nicht möglich.

Goede locatie voor een kort verblijf of voor doorreis

De bedden waren goed en het was prettig dat er direct bij het hotel een restaurant zat met goed eten

Wij waren op doorreis, dus voor ons was dit prima, maar de locatie is denk ik minder geschikt als je echt een leuk plekje zoekt (wat afgelegen?)

Kein schöner Aufenthalt

Gute Lage, freie Parkplätze, gute Erreichbarkeit. Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett, kleiner Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, großer Fernseher. Badewanne.

Rezeption (Anruf auf Handy) nicht erreichbar. Es erfolgte kein Rückruf. Andere Hotelgäste haben mir ein Zimmer geöffnet. Fenster stark verschmutzt. Spinnweben am Fenster im Bad. Belästigung durch andere, alkoholisierte Hotelgäste. WLAN in der Dachecke zu schwach für Zoom oder Streaming.

forse la colpa è mia che non sono abituato a non avere una reception fisica. ma ho ricevuto il messaggio per l'ingresso senza reception molto tardi, e nel frattempo avevo già deciso di andare via. anche l'esterno dell'hotel non mi è piaciuto. l'interno non lo posso valutare perchè NON HO SOGGIORNATO.

Вопросов к персоналу нет, так как нас заселили в позднее время, за что мы очень благодарны, цена не соответствует качеству. За 80€ за ночь можно найти отели 3 звезды новее и с удобствами Неудовлетворительно: Отсутствие тапочек; Отсутствие мыла и геля для душа; Старые,застиранные полотенца; Отсутствие фена; Сломанная кровать; До ближайшей остановки общественного транспорта 20 мин пешком.

Für Kurzaufenthalt immer wieder gut

Waren zum Karneval mal wieder in der Pension !! Lage um nach Hitdorf zu kommen ist ideal. Keine Parkprobleme und man ist schnell da. Der Empfang ist immer nett und per Mobilphone gut zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war noch nicht fertig, da wir zu früh da waren, aber das war kein Problem ! Kaffee kann man sich in Pensionsküche zubereiten. Will man essen ist direkt der Jägerhof im Haus
