Quick stop at a clean and friendly place

It served the purpose for quick overnight on the way to the South. All what I needed to get some rest. Friendly staff, who even prepared a light snack when arrived midnight.

Misleading bed size information (hotel has 140-cm and 180-cm beds, no queen size, we booked queen size and got 140-cm bed, then asked to change and got king size instead with no problem), small bedroom and bathroom, superficial cleaning but still fine, strange arrangement of soap dispenser that was outside the shower so could not be used, shower doors not closing well (water leaked), could not open window

Il serait appréciable d'ajouter : - un porte-manteaux et une prise électrique dans la salle de bain - la climatisation - une tige d'accompagnement pour la fermeture des 2 paires de rideaux La moquette peut être un nid à microbes La salle de bain était propre, mais des cheveux et poils étaient présents sur le carrelage à notre arrivée (la femme de ménage n'avait pas dû rincer suffisamment sa serpillère)

Im Zimmer sind zwei Personen mit zwei Koffern zuviel. Kein Platz. Auch im Badezimmer konnte e man sich ksum um die eigene Achse drehen

Experiencia tibia

Instalaciones modernas, tal cual se ofrece y se ve en las fotografías. Sin ruido exterior, habitación con ducha, wc y una cama doble cómoda, junto con un desayuno buffet completo. Junto con el parking, es ideal si estás de paso.

Era domingo y la habitación tenía algunas deficiencias de limpieza (pequeños insectos similares a mosquitos muertos sobre la mesa, alguna mancha seca de café o similar en la ropa de cama). A mi llegada la recepcionista intentó cobrarme el desayuno aparte, a pesar de que la reserva lo incluía. Tuve que enseñarle el comprobante en el móvil para que se diera cuenta. Por otro lado, y sin que aún comprenda por qué, alguien se dedicó a recorrer la planta y abrir las puertas de las habitaciones (llevaba tarjeta y podía oír como las iba desbloqueando, así que imagino que era alguien del staff. Por cierto, cuando llegué al hotel ya lo estaban haciendo también en el piso inferior). Por supuesto, la persona llegó a mi habitación e hizo lo mismo, pero estaba prevenido por el ruido y la detuve en cuanto trató abrir la puerta. Me pidió disculpas y acabó con la inspección. Raro, ¿verdad? Espero que en el futuro puedan solucionar estas deficiencias, pues el resto de servicios fueron correctos.
