We stayed at the hotel for two nights as a stopover on our way to the UK. It was such a comfortable hotel with incredible views over Hong Kong harbour. The room we had was on a club floor, which then gives access to a lovely club room with stunning views, free afternoon tea as well as happy hour with free drinks and canapés. It’s well worth paying at little extra to be on a club floor for these benefits. The food is fantastic.
Breakfast has an extensive selection of foods and the location also has stunning views.

Excellent service, amazing club level and lounge. Lovely breakfast, wide variety of choice. Very helpful staff at check in desk and concierge. Brilliant staff at club lounge
Thought we’d have more variety of cocktails in The club lounge rather than ready made ones. That was disappointing.

Staff very impersonal. Room cluttered far too much unnecessary furniture and extremely dated. Curtains very hard to open and close.
