We had quiet a view. The bathroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. The gym was big and well equipped. The in-room dining was expensive but of good quality. The location is good; the metro and some cafes and restaurants just around the corner.
The elevator situation isn't great. We often had to wait 2-3 minutes for the elevator to arrive.
The check-in experience was unpleasant with rude staff and they didn't ask us if we wanted a king-size or twin beds (was the same room category on booking) but just gave us one (ignored the comment we made on booking) so we had to go down again and change the room instead of asking us upfront.
That they don't offer a water fountain to fill a water bottle which is not great. They sell only small plastic bottles with less than half a liter which produces so much trash. A drinking water fountain and a glass bottle in the room to fill would be a great idea for comfort and actual ecological impact.
