The ladies on reception were terrific so helpful and pleasant

Was good size apartment very well appointed and clean.Handy to transport and surfers centre
The advertising of this room was deceiving showed elevated sea veiw but was far from it we end up on 4 th floor just over top of swimming pool.Got a note under the door after we got there stating pool was under renovation and could be noisy.Had we seen true veiw of room and known pool ect out of service probably wouldn’t of booked it.

The view was awesome
The TV was non operational and the staff did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed
