Its location was very convenient and it was presented in a clean presentation

VIEW=to die for
POOL= was great and dont forget the spar

The location is amazing. Steps to the beach, light rail is a few minutes walk that will take you all the way down to Burleigh now. Restaurants within walking distance. A really good position.
Usually I can let things slide if things are just a little old but this one was worst ever. Room 29. We actually had to wash our sheets and blankets after the first night as it they were filthy and I do not believe they were fresh. The main bathroom was a total write off. The bathtub shower was blocked and floaties were swimming around and on closer inspection the drain was so disgusting. We couldn’t use it so my daughter just shared my ensuite. The toilet leaked all over the floor every flush so could not use it. The towel rail fell apart as soon as we put a towel in there and the edging of the cabinet was sticking out and kept catching us. I have absolutely no idea no idea why they were able to let this apartment out. The balcony basically had junk on it. Chairs that were literally junk and ripped and needed to go to the tip. The sliding door lock was really hard to lock and in need of some sort of attention. I messaged them twice as no one was ever at reception and when we left the receptionist was apologetic and confused as to why it hadn’t been reported prior to the last exit. Seemed like total news to her. Whoever owns this apartment needs to spend some serious money to get it up to scratch. This was one apartment and I am not condemning the whole complex but be mindful that the reviews seem pretty legit. Was very disappointing as I have stayed here before years ago and it was amazing.
