Great welcome from front of staff and allowed us to check in earlier as room was ready. Good laundry service, pool areas and gym.. great location too. Breakfast was also top drawer!

Location was super convenient. Facilities were nice. Breakfast was great.
Room could have been cleaner and it needed painting, lots of marks and scratches on walls and doors. There was a problem with our booking, the hotel claimed that we paid for breakfast for one guest only but booking.com booking was inclusive.

Not enough plug points especially by bed. The phone in room had a charge port that wasn’t working. The bathroom was run down. No space in bathroom to put anything. The mirror was covered in rust. And no seal round the sink plug to hold any water!
The breakfast was ok (only chicken sausages was strange, no pork?) on second day no beans!!! Took a long time to put food out once it had all gone.
The tv had no easy menu so we could see what was on!!!
