Overall experience was nice. Didn't notice anywhere in the ad that it was a service apartment, though no complaints - had pretty much all the basic amenities to live through a few nights. The location right across the beach and the view from the room balcony is awesome! They also had a turf in the balcony floor (awesome!). Parking instructions were given by the owner, full day parking across the street is very handy & affordable. Breakfast was not opted for, so can't comment on that.
The key collection/drop-off was a unique experience. :) Would have been nice to have 1-2 water bottles to welcome the guests. Nothing major.
