Very friendly upon arrival. Spacious and light filled apartment in a great location.
Bathroom a little tired but very clean.
Secure parking was a bonus and easy access to the apartment.

The amazing views and how close we were to everything
The bed was comfortable on one side; however, the other side appeared to be broken or damaged in the middle, causing the mattress and bed base to bow and making it uncomfortable to sleep on.
When we turned on the air conditioning, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from the unit, which quickly filled the room and made it difficult to keep the air conditioner on

Everything was ok the room could have been cleaner dirty floor mould along the shower door on the outside shower needs a scrub
I did not know about the key situation I think the entry and the lift situation should be explained at reception when booking in . When we came back on te Friday night we were in the wrong building trying our key to get into another room , maybe each section could be colour code or just explained to the customer
