It was friendly and welcoming -common spaces were comfortable and appealing. Staff were very friendly
A few things were a little tired and maybe needed replacing or fixing - e.g mirror in my bathroom, surface of desk in my room
Also, my room was upstairs and i don’t travel light. I checked in “out of hours” so had difficulty getting my suitcase upstairs.

It was very cosy and clean. Great brekkie and very helpful staff. We loved the area and we will be back!
The room was a bit dark and there was no one after 3pm but they were very helpful if anything was required.
