    Great staff and excellent service. We had booked a standard room but were pleasantly upgraded to a studio apartment, which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had great amenities. Overall, we had a very good experience and would happily stay here again.

    Good location but noisy if you get a room on Epping Rd side. No facilities and barbecue balcony is always locked so you don't get fresh air. Clean room with helpful staff. Expensive for what they offer
