Location, size of room, facilities.
Scaffolding and building work early in the morning with no prior warning.

The room was really spacious and had good air conditioning. We were able to log in to our streaming accounts on the tv. There were also lots of food places nearby that were open until late which was very convenient on our stay.
The staircase to our room was steep and the hallways were exceptionally hot. The letterbox of the front door was also damaged.
