it was what I expected

This was my second time staying at this property. It's great value for money in a really accessible area of London. We shared the room with friends and slept very well. It's an interesting building with a nice vibe and friendly staff.

Everything was great for the price. Very close to the tube station, a tesco and many fast food places which was very convenient. Staff was so helpful and the girlies at the bar were great.

Not the hostel's fault but it was weird seeing that many old people staying at a hostel. I expected to meet friends but the vibes were weird. Also, again, not the hostel's fault, but since there were many backpackers our room wasn't the best smelling one and people were very noisy and messy.

The things I liked the most were the location and design of the common rooms, checking in and out was very easy and the card system caused no problems while I stayed here. I have to say that the location is pretty convenient, very close to the tube and bus stops so to me it felt the same as if I stayed in the city center. Everything was clean, the 24h reception was helpful and polite, plenty of common spaces and amenities (including lockers with extra cost).

A minor disappointment was the room, since the photos provided by the accommodation (regarding the 10-bed room) were totally misleading! There were three sets of three bunk beds instead of the arrangement shown in the original. The lockers were below the beds and were spacious, even though it’d be much better if there were modern lockers with a pin and not stuffed altogether. The toilets were cleaned at a rather inconvenient time (8am), when lots of people get ready and need to use the bathroom, and were a bit far away from some rooms, including mine.
