Pool villa was lovely, large bedroom and bathroom. Cleaned daily. Staff very friendly and polite. Great free shuttle car into centre of Sanur between 10.00 -16.00. Peaceful location. Great if you're able-bodied and no mobility issues.

Pool could have been cleaner, tiles below water line quite green making the water look slightly dirty. Lots of mosquito due to location. To make it 10/10 it needed to be closer to restuarants/Waringstown.

Affordable luxury xury

Huge poolside bungalow and ensuite with beautiful bath and shower, robes and slippers. The bed, pillows and Doona where world class excellence, so comfortable and clean. We arrived to property after midnight, and someone was waiting up to see us to our room, they had made us a fresh Sandwhich and cold drink for our arrival.

The staff were willing to go the extra mile to help you and make you feel comfortable . The deco and gardens were beautiful

I would not stay here again.

Our private pool was cloudy and dirty. The room had no glasses or cutlery. No mosquito net in second bedroom. Restaurant meals left a lot to be desired. Room was very old and not maintained. The shower had a bad smell. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the sink was blocked.

The grounds were meticulously maintained. Mozzie repellant methods were provided. It is such a quiet little oasis in the middle of Sanur. Local eateries just around 8 mins away via Grab Eat.

Lovely staff but place needs serious upgrading …. It is very tired.

The staff were welcoming and so friendly…. Absolutely fabulous. We had three massages and they were excellent as well.

Very dated with mould in some places. The worst for us was that one of the rooms had dirty sheets… we think that possibly the clean up in that room had been forgotten.

This is minor and very superficial note as this should not stop anyone visiting this hideaway. Monsoon season = wet clothes. Not enough hooks around for drying all the soaking wet items from strolling the beach.

I almost hate to give a bad review to this place because sometimes maintenance issues are beyond your control and diffic

I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff were. The room was nice for the price. They gave me room service even after the restaurant was closed.

I didn’t like that that hot water didn’t work. They were unable to fix during the 2 nights I was staying.

There was a concert at the neighbouring park while we were there, and some of the villas on the perimeter have more road noise than others. The breakfast needed improvement.

Smaller property with lovely gardens

I loved that the property was small. It felt like I could be walking through my own yard. Not a huge impersonal space with lots of people around. My private pool was lovely. Having a private courtyard was lovely, even if the pool wasn’t used.

Loved everything!

Staff were warm, friendly and so welcoming! The property is beautiful, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beach is only a 10 mins walk away, so you can wander along to find many options to eat out if you want. It’s a shame we weren’t able to stay longer as it was a transit stay in Sanur because we were on our way to Lombok. Bonus points for being super close to the port, so if you’re heading to the smaller islands it’s very convenient. Breakfast was also sufficient and tasty - we will definitely be coming back and staying longer next time!

Exceptional place for holidays

The team and the staff. Absolutely crazy how people are so nice and smiling. Helpful and always so nice. Crazy good. My trip was close to perfection. Definitely worth the price.

Very beautiful resort in Sanur

The one-bedroom villa that my family stayed was wonderful. The villa design is blended between Balinese culture and modern resort, making it very unique and beautiful. The staff was very nice and supportive.

Our stay at this extraordinary property far exceeded our expectations! Booked for just one night as a stopover from the airport to Ubud, we were blown away by the authentic Balinese charm of the property. The room was absolutely delightful, featuring a private pool and every amenity we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The manager who welcomed us was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and attentive, elevating our experience to something truly memorable. In the morning, we enjoyed a serene walk along the nearby beach, discovering that the location is perfectly convenient as well. We can’t recommend this gem highly enough!

Beautiful property, would not hesitate to return

Property was beautiful. A tropical oasis. Tranquil, peaceful , pool area gardens beautiful. Ten minutes walk to the beach , restaurants and shops. Breakfast good selection. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so unable to comment. Villa was spacious . Definitely recommend

Very relaxing and made to feel very welcome

The resort is lovely traditional Balinese buildings and gardens. Our villa had its own pool and was very private. The staff couldn’t have been any more welcoming and friendly We walked to the beach to bars as well as the lovely food atVisakha.

I loved the room and the private pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really loved the breakfasts, they were all delicious!

I would not say they have a spa. It is an enclosed outdoor room with a fan. The therapist did not seem to want to do massage and the sheets were wet from the previous client which was quite unpleasant. Especially for the price paid there are much nicer spas around so we did not go back for any more treatments. I would suggest they set up an indoor spa and make it more of an experience or alternatively remove it from their website.

Friendly hotel personnel and very nice environment. Food in the restaurant and breakfast were also delicious. Bed was comfortable and bath very big.

I loved that it was away from big tourist hotels but only a 10 minute walk to beach The staff were so helpful and lovely The I house restaurant is delicious great Balinese food which can be delivered to your private villa . The masseuse Shanti is amazing ! And it’s also very quiet 🙏🏼

I feel it’s needs some pressure cleaning and new paint a lot of mould in bathroom and poolside area but that’s my only criticism

Was a nice stay and was happy with choice

staff were very freindly and lovley, the room was a little tired, but perfectly good for our needs.

31st world problem, but would have liked more shower pressure and pool towels at the pool would have been good. We did have 1 day where we couldnt be sat at a table for breakfast, so sat at a lounge seat in reception.

Away from it all private hotel with beautiful grounds

Beautiful grounds and each villa was nicely arranged. The staff were great and there was a free shuttle bus 3/4 times a day into Sanur. We loved the private pool villa in our 1 bedroom villa

It was noisy at night as under flight path and barking dogs from next door property. It was also on the edge of town.

Beautiful accommodation, lovely staff, delicious food.

We stayed in the two bedroom villa. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was clean. The breakfasts were amazing! We felt very well looked after. The staff provided a birthday treat of cake for my son. There is a shuttle bus into sanur several times a day. This place is highly recommended.

Lovely Villas just outside central Sanur

We were greeted very warmly and upgraded to a larger villa. The staff were always very helpful and welcoming. They refilled the pool when the filter was making a loud noise and the floating breakfast was fun. We really appreciated having a private space to enjoy. A short taxi ride from Sanur, which has lots of great dining options and bars and a nice beach.

The soft furnishings whilst clean were quite worn, could definitely use some new sheets and mosquito nets. The rooms are not very sound proofed so bring ear plugs!
