We stayed at the hotel for seven nights in June and had an absolutely fantastic time. Of all the hotels I have ever stayed in, this is the first one that made me think: I have to come back here one day, even if it is only for a long weekend. One of the things we loved most was the incredible amount of space everywhere. Whether we were around the pools, walking through the hotel, or having breakfast or dinner at Pangea, we never felt crowded. There was always plenty of room around us, even enough space for personal belongings without feeling that we were in anyone’s way. Despite families staying at the hotel, the children did not bother us at all, partly because the whole resort is so spacious. The hotel itself and its surroundings were breathtaking. Great landscape and hotel design and architecture, the enormous gardens, huge infinity pool, palm trees and easy access to the seafront and small beaches below made the whole place feel almost like a fairytale. The gardens were particularly impressive, with an extraordinary variety of plants from different parts of the world that were perfectly suited to the climate. We were amazed by the amount of attention given to them and regularly saw staff carefully checking individual plants and trees. We were also very grateful for the slightly upgraded room we received. It was incredibly spacious, elegant, beautiful and comfortable. We stayed in two other five-star hotels during the same trip, but nowhere else did we have a room this impressive. We almost did not want to leave it. The dinner buffet also offered the widest selection I have ever seen in a five-star hotel, and there were always dishes we really enjoyed, particularly some of the seafood. The entire place was breathtaking, and this is the first hotel I have ever left knowing that I definitely want to return.

The main shows/entertainment after the dinner were very boring, and half century old music if not older I do not know for whom. We had a few issues at the dinner. We had specifically chosen this hotel partly because of its reputation for an enormous variety of food, excellent quality and live cooking. The variety certainly lived up to our expectations, although the food itself was not always quite as perfect as we had expected. Too many dishes were badly oversalted, others were underseasoned, completely unwashed cooked eggs and dishes not well prepared and so not enjoyable . Never ending queues at the meat cooking sections. However, we always found several dishes that were absolutely delicious, and most of the seafood was very well prepared. Despite these issues with dinner, I am still giving the hotel the highest possible score because the overall experience and the hotel itself were simply incredible.

Absolutely loved this Hotel. Our room was in the red level which meant adults only. The facilities were great, rooms lovely and staff so helpful and professional

For a 5 star hotel u can’t borrow a basketball, u have to pay 1 euro to weigh ur suitcase, the guest experience was disappointing as they didn’t accommodate me and my wife to experience Nami on her birthday, the word “all inclusive “ is misleading . The toilet got flooded the 1st time my wife had a shower. The hallway smells of sewage every morning when we wake up. There’s a few more I want to say but I hope you get my point.
