    Best 4 star hotel in Adeje. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff always attempting. Food in the restaurants delicious and the drinks at Lava bar quite good. Only downside the sauna cannot be used for free.

    The hotel rooms are extremely dark, and the overall decor feels very outdated. 1. Room Conditions The room we stayed in on the first night even had unfinished paint patches on the ceiling. My boyfriend really couldn’t tolerate it and contacted the front desk. We were moved to another room on the second night. Although it was slightly better, the overall decoration and facilities were still quite old. The lighting design in the room is also poorly planned. There are no ambient lights, and if you turn off the switch near the bed, all the lights in the room go off completely. 2. Dining and Hygiene (a) Breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very limited fresh options. Many items are fried or feel like they’ve been reheated and served multiple times. (b) The restaurant’s hygiene is very poor. We sometimes saw cockroaches in both the indoor and outdoor dining areas during breakfast. (c) On the first evening, while having dinner at the buffet restaurant, I saw at least four cockroaches, and I even stepped on one. Additionally, the parking lot is extremely small. The staff at the main entrance do not proactively offer assistance. Every evening after we return with our car, the parking lot is already full. We have to walk to the lobby to ask where we can park, and only then do they open the disabled parking spaces for us. The whole process feels unnecessarily complicated. We will definitely not return to this hotel. However, this is our honest experience staying here
