Slides and pools, some staff, cleanliness.
Hole in mattress. Bulbs out in room, mould in bathroom, poor choice of food, buffet hot food often cold, difficult to get a sunbed unless you reserved at crack of dawn. No bar near reception. Entertainment was some poor some good. Some reception staff had poor attirude to customer care.
