I literally have no complaints about renting this house. The pictures were exactly how it was. Played golf 4 days a week for the last 7 months. The dishwasher did break, but there was a new one the next day. I like the rental contract. Everything was spelled out as to what is expected by both parties. I would have rented again but I liked it so much here that I bought a house.

This property was very nice, except there were ants in kitchen and bathroom, and the kitchen faucet leaked, we called the rental agent and she was on top of it, took care of it. When we arrived at the rental property, the kitchen and bathroom floors did not look like they were cleaned in quite a while. Our rental agent Dena Manning was very attentive to all of our needs, very professional I will contact her again for our future rental requests.
