About this house rental

Tropical colors welcome you in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch home. Many recent updates include; beach decor, new carpeting, new furniture and brightly painted walls. 30 executive and 9 championship golf courses are available with owner ID ($50 fee), as well as 3 town squares with lots of shopping, dining and entertainment. Rec centers and many pools are also there for your use. The electric 4 seater golf cart is included with rental. $125 cleaning fee is required at time of rental.

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom. The home is in a great location. Loved the golf cart. The owner IDs saved us money and made it easy to make tee times. The owners were very friendly and responsive.

Loved the stay. Your home was very clean. I did download the golf cart gps. Well worth it! Was there for my sister's 75th. Would rent again! Thank you!
