The house is a little dated but nice and clean. The pool was a little chilly at first until the sun warmed it up in the last two weeks. The house is very comfortable. The outdoor space was excellent with the screened in pool being a great place to hang out and cool off.

The dryer did not work, the pool was not being properly maintained, the grass needed cut, the screened in porch was torn in multiple locations, the televisions were way to small to watch
