About this villa rental

A brand new house in the perfect location and with the best view to the sea. Literally beside the sea looking at the sunset and be able to accommodate up to 10 people absolutely comfortably and make your holidays unforgettable. In front of the house there is a beautiful bay unique for fast dive. Less than half a mile there is of the best beaches ever... Agios (saint) Prokopios. The town and the port are about 4 minutes driving and the airport less than 2.

We spent 3 nights at Christos' wonderful villa. The villa was very modern and had the most amazing views you could ever imagine. We really enjoyed the deck and secret beach just walking steps away. We would recommend this place to others for sure. The only asks would be some nice wine glasses and a hotter spa.

Everything about the property was perfect. The host Christos was always a text away for any of our needs or for helpful advice. We had 3 couples and the house and location worked out great. We rented quads to get around the island but food and town were in walking distance. The view from the back was amazing words cannot describe. The accommodations made our visit to Naxos the best so far. Now on to Paros!

This property was a great fit for us (2 parents, 2 young adult children + 2 partners). It isn’t a beautiful home, in a quiet neighborhood, and has great views from the back patio. Christos was wonderfully communicative and addressed the minor questions we had quickly and thoroughly. He even had the house stocked with a generous amount of food and drink for us which was a pleasant surprise. The location was as excellent and made it easy to get to anywhere we needed to go. While it was a great fit for 6 adults I wouldn’t recommend adding any extra adults to a booking, especially if you are planning on spending any time at the property relaxing. The kitchen and living area area on the smaller side and really only best accommodate 4-6. It worked well for us, especially with the available outdoor space, but would have been cramped with more adults. My one request would have been to add laundry facilities onsite or provide an extra set of towels for longer stays.

This property is spacious, clean, with beautify views - just wonderful. We came to town for a family baptism and this place was perfect. The host was accessible and fast to respond. We wish we could have stayed here all summer.

A Magical Getaway

A Magical Getaway

We absolutely loved staying here, Christos was so friendly and made everything so easy! The home has everything you could possibly need. My boyfriend and I fell in love with Naxos and when we come back we are definitely staying here. The view was amazing! Watching the sunset each night was the perfect way to end our trip. We also rented a car, parking was very easy. While we felt hidden away, but restaurants and nearby stores were no more than 8-15 minutes away via car. Truly amazing and would highly recommend!!
