My family and I stayed for a week here. We we’re blown away by the property. It was absolutely breathtaking. The pool area was so perfect for the family and kids. They had a lot of toys for the kids to play with. Breakfast was included. It was delicious. We ate every morning at the hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom villa and a one bedroom villa. They were both so beautiful, so clean. The rooms are filled with things for a family was very helpful to be able to wash your own clothes, they had a blender to make baby food- all sorts of stuff. Fotini was very helpful with anything we needed! We really loved our stay here and we will stay here whenever we are back in Naxos. Thank you again!!

Beautiful property with amazing staff and perfect service

The house keeping was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, every time we needed something they would accommodate us. They also provided great recommendations for restaurants! The property overall was very nice with a typical cycladic architecture. It was very quiet at night but you could very easily walk to a big supermarket nearby (5min) and to the town restaurants (10min). We really recommend it to anyone staying with kids, they have loads of toys that they happily share and lend!

The pool

Cockroaches in the room, we then avoided the breakfast because if the rooms are infested with it wr can’t imagine the kitchen. Management didn’t do anything about it just killed one cockroach and told us to keep going with our lives. No reimbursement no sorry, “the room is clean we give it to you”, we stayed only two nights so she’s trying to say we brought the cockroaches???? I have a certificate about fumigation she said. I don’t care about it, I saw the cockroaches and filmed it. She even asked us for the city tax 4€ instead of saying sorry

Fabulous, Fantastic, Amazing!

Kallos Villas was clean, tidy, beautifully decorated and just perfect in every sense! Daily housekeeping made it extra special and bedding and towels were changed daily/every other day. It was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was served daily with a wide range of food choices. The swimming pool was a real treat with so much to choose from in terms of toys for kids and swim equipment for adults alike. The two ladies who looked after our stay, Fotini and Irene, were absolutely incredible. Beyond friendly, welcoming, accommodating and kind towards us. Nothing was too big or too small.

A pleasant stay in a quiet location, within walking distance of the city

We stayed at this hotel for a few days and really enjoyed the peaceful location. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the city center, but there’s also a bus option nearby. The room was lovely and comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing — items were not refilled regularly, and the eggs and bacon were cold.

Peaceful and relaxing!

The accommodation was lovely, really private and well maintained. We had a large private outside area too. We liked the location, a short walk into the main town with plenty of restaurants and bars. It was lovely to come back to a peaceful location after being in the town. The stone suite is so cute, we really felt at home there. If you would like a peaceful stay, this is the place!!

The breakfast could be improved and we leave this feedback to be constructive. The hot options were limited and the cut fruit looked like it had sat there for a long time. We recently stayed at another small establishment and we chose breakfast options in advance which were delivered to your room, cutting down on food wastage and I imagine, reducing the work in maintaining the breakfast area. I think this would work really well at the Kallos Villas or reduce the breakfast to continental dry options only for freshness

It was pleasant, but not more.

It was a bit outside of Naxos town, which was good and quiet.

Sadly, the property was a bit neglected and did not hold true to what was promised online. The pool was mirky and actually green (you could not see to the ground). Although they told us it would be fine to swim, it was not inviting at all. Breakfast was ok, though some of the produce was very stale. Additionally, there was no staff around during the day 😂 Communication was through Whatsapp and they were responsive, but it felt a bit impersonal. It has lots of potential, although we found that the reviews and pictures on here do not match the experience and expectations.

Overpriced, promise more than they can deliver.

Beautiful, calm pool area. Nice sitting area outside the house. Cute, cosy house.

Warning! Service level did not match the description at booking.com. We got the impression that Kallos is a hotel, but it's more like you rent someones house. At booking.com they promise daily cleaning, 24 h reception, consierge service and tour desk but that does not excist. We stayed for 3 nights and they never cleaned the appartement. Staff is sweet and helpful but they were there only during breakfast. Otherwise we could contact them over WhatsApp and it took quite a while before they showed up to help. Kallos is far from restaurants. It's to high priced.

Beautiful property, great staff, very comfortable and great outdoor area, you will not be disappoint

The kitchen had a stove,oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine for clothes and plenty of dishes for us 4 adults and 2 small children. It is about 1 km to St Georges beach and about 2 km to town centre. 2 blocks away is a huge super market where u will find everything you need. We had a car and used it to get around. The house and pool are amazing with lots of lounge chairs and pool toys for the kids. We stayed in the 3 bedroom/3 bath sub basement unit, but didn’t feel like a basement unit. It was bright from all the pot lights and we had a glass door in the livingroom which let a lot of light and sunshine in. It is a great property, you will not be disappointed! The staff is great, they changed our sheets and towels once during our one week stay and they mopped the floors and removed our garbage daily. Bring your own beach towels.

Excellent séjour, un lieu magnifique et une équipe au top.

Tout était parfait. L’accueil de l’équipe, tout le monde est très gentil et prévenant. Une petite attention de bienvenue vous attend en chambre... La piscine est de taille modeste mais bien pensée et très agréable. Les villas sont magnifiques. La literie est excellente. Le vrai plus, c’est le petit bar/snack très agréable disponible le midi et le soir. Le serveur est adorable et on y mange très bien pour des tarifs raisonnables, ce qui motive à passer du temps dans l’hôtel. On gardera un excellent souvenir de cet hôtel.

Le système de paiement pour sa réservation n’est pas rassurant car c’est par virement. D’autant que j’ai subi une tentative de phishing directement dans ma conversation de l’App Booking avec cet hôtel. L’assistance de Booking a été catastrophique (on m’a quand même demandé de payer le pirate…). Aucun rappel alors qu’ils s’étaient engagés à le faire… bref. Cela ne relève pas de l’hôtel. Quand il s’agit de payer vous pouvez compter sur Booking mais pour le reste oubliez.

Très bel établissement que je recommande fortement.

Le cadre de la villa est magnifique et le personnel est aux petits soins pour vous satisfaire. Contrairement à ce qui est écrit dans certains avis le petit déjeuner est génial. Très bien vu le fait de mettre à disposition des parasols, des raquettes de plage et des jeux pour enfants. La ville de Chora est accessible à 10 minutes à pieds. N’espérez pas y aller en voiture le soir car totalement impossible de se garer donc emplacement top. Nous garderons à très bon souvenir de cet établissement.

Le rêve!!!!!

Nous avons Tout aimé depuis la première à la dernière seconde ! C’est un endroit extraordinaire. Hors du temps. Nous avions une voiture donc nous avons pu rayonner autour comme on voulait. Finir sa journée ou la commencer autour de la piscine, faire de la cuisine le soir et prendre l’apéro devant la piscine ou encore prendre un petit dej jusqu’à 11h…. Voilà le genre de chose qui nous ont fait aimer cet endroit magique

Cette établissement ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles en particulier pour les problèmes d’hygiène

Le calme et la réactivité de l’hôte

La propreté globale (serviettes sales, équipements datés, eau de la piscine trouble) , l’hygiène au restaurant (nourriture qui reste plusieurs jours de suite sur le buffet), règles d’hygiène non respectées (gants jetables utilisés pour faire à manger, débarrasser et faire le ménage), mouches omniprésentes. Situation de la résidence : entre une décharge, un élevage de chèvres et un chantier. Accès à la ville compliqué sans voiture . Nécessité de redemander le réassort des produits d’hygiène.
