    The staff are super friendly. No issues with check-in. The first floor is beautiful. Sundays are live acoustic music. They have local craft beer and the pizza was delicious. The room itself if a standard capsule and amenities are clean.

    Its a very great stay, near to station , the have a restaurant at the first floor. Its a very recommended capsule in nagano. The staff was so friendly

    I usually do not write review unless i am super happy or super upset about the stay. I feel compelled to share this and hope the management notice and improve the checkin procedure for future travellers. I have been hotel hopping in this trip and in fact, after many trips i had in Japan, all were positive experience taking fair consideration with the value paid vs service & facility. This place, in terms of cleanliness, location, facility, i have not much complaint. However, the check in process is upsetting and inconvenient, unfriendly. I travel with family of 4, including 2 kids. I was requested to fill in an elaborate physical form for all 4 of us, info including full name, home address, contact number, passport number, email address, length of stay, where we came from prior to here etc... i booked through agoda, as in other hotels, hostels, airbnb, no place ever required me to handwrite all this details on paper and repeat for all 4 of us. It may seem trivial here but consider after a long travel day with small kids all exhausted and expect a quick and swift check in, it is very frustrated. Logically, i asked whether i can just write "same/refer to (my)form" for repetative and lengthy info such as home address, phone number, prior destination etc, the answer is no. If you are traveling alone and writing your own form, no problem, well, it is very different feeling when you are representing a troop of family members. Just cannot comprehend the necessity for this procedure.
