The staff were outstanding in their friendliness and willingness to accommodate. We loved the little extras such as nightgowns, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. The dining area had free tea, coffee and juices and they provided special saki for New Year’s Eve. The location was excellent.
The rooms are very small, deceptively so in the photos. The bathroom is also very small and would not be appropriate for an elderly person with mobility issues. It would have been nice to have a smart TV with streaming services. Pillows were not comfortable. The things we liked about the property certainly made up for the things we didn’t.
