"Good meals & all you can drink sake/beer/soft drinks with dinner. Especially liked the salads on offer. Laundry, small onsen but very clean. Drive to see the snow monkeys in 30 mins"

スタッフがフロントからレストランまで、対応がよかった。団体とかちあってしまいましたが、お風呂やレストランなど混みそうな時間帯を前もって教えてくれるなど、親切でした。相変わらず朝食は美味い。
とにかくエアコンがうるさい。前回もそうだったが、個室の問題だと思ったが、今回違う部屋でもうるさいと言うことは、問題だと思う。仕事できている職人さん達は夜静かに寝られることか、大事です。

中心街から離れていることもあり環境は静かです。 駐車場も広くバイクや自転車の駐輪場はエントランス正面に 屋根付きとしてありますので安心です。 朝食バイキングも美味しく、さすがルートインと思いました。

スタッフの対応が丁寧で処置も即時に動いていただいて好感が持てました
部屋に入った途端、かび臭さと湿気には閉口させられました、事前に空調のスイッチをいれて室内の温度と湿度を快適な条件にしておいて欲しかった。
