    今回が2回目の宿泊でした。以前利用した時と比べて、シャトルバスが広くて快適なバスになっていたのはとても良かったです。 ホテル自体は全体的に悪くなく、温泉も毎日利用しました。特に松代のエリアは歴史も多く、このホテルに泊まる魅力の一つだと思います。 一番残念だったのはチェックイン時の対応です。前回は日本語と英語のどちらがいいか聞いてもらえましたが、今回はパスポートを見てすぐ英語での対応になりました。私は日本語で対応してほしかったので、少し残念でした。 また、チェックイン時の説明もかなり簡単で、宿泊情報の確認とパスポートの読み取りの後、「何か質問はありますか？」と聞かれただけでした。隣で日本語の説明を聞いていた他のお客さんのおかげで、お菓子やビールの場所が以前の1階から3階に移動したことを知ることができました。もし聞こえていなかったら、以前の場所に行って困っていたと思います。 その後、電子レンジの場所を聞いた時のスタッフの対応も少し分かりにくく、また初日は客室清掃中のスタッフの一人がかなり大きな声で話していたのも気になりました。ただ、それ以外の日は特に問題ありませんでした。 設備や立地はとても良いと思いますが、スタッフの対応や案内については、もう少し改善されるとさらに良いホテルになると思います。

    初めて松代に宿泊した際に利用しましたが、全体的に良い滞在でした。 長野駅との無料シャトルがあり、観光に出かける時も便利でした。当時のシャトルは現在のものほど広くはありませんでしたが、無料で利用できるのはありがたかったです。 温泉も良く、朝と夜の両方で利用しやすい時間帯に営業していたので、滞在中は何度も利用しました。無料のビールやお菓子のサービスも良かったです。特にお菓子の種類が多い日は嬉しかったです。 朝食ビュッフェも種類が多く良かったですが、混雑していない時でもかなり遠い席に案内されることがあり、料理を持って何度も移動するのは少し不便に感じました。 また、館内や廊下の音楽が少し大きく感じる時もありました。 それでも、松代周辺は歴史もあり、長野駅へのアクセスも便利で、温泉や館内サービスも充実しています。全体的には満足できるホテルでした。

    The onsen is awesome for sure! But the place is completely isolated from restaurants bars or convenience stores. Staff wasn't so friendly and breakfast closes really early
