About this house rental
Uniquely designed, this cool beach cottage is one block from the beach and minutes from fabulous local restaurants, surfing, and fishing. An authentic Mexico experience awaits!
The space
Our villa was built in 2005. It is one block from a beautiful beach in the Mexican fishing village of Punta Mita. We are less than one mile from the Four Seasons Punta Mita Resort and the signature Jack Nicklaus golf course voted the best resort golf course in the world in 2004 and 2008 by a major worldwide travel magazine.
We have three bedrooms, each with air conditioning, pure water system for the whole house, three private bathrooms with showers, outdoor shower, maid service, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and outdoor patio and pool area. It is safe and secure and offers guests a wonderful village experience. There is also a little grocery store (Manny's) across the street.
Our home sleeps 10 and children are welcome. We have a private pool and wireless internet.

The house is located one block off the beach in a local neighbourhood. The streets are noisy with the sounds of people, dogs and roosters which is common for the area.
The house itself was a gem but needed a few extra touches, like a directory of how to use the stove, toiletries and basic cooking items like oil and spices. The outdoor pool was lovely however half the deck was moldy due to no direct sunlight.
A great place for a family.

You can just feel the love entering this property. Mario and his people instantly made us feel like family and we’re so kind and accommodating. Above and beyond!! It was everyone hoped for and more, can’t wait to come back!!

Location great. Host super helpful. House WAY better than depicted in the description and photos which is why I gave a 4 for accuracy. Would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend

La casa es como en la descripción. Es muy cómoda y la cocina está muy bien equipada. Fuimos 6 personas y tuvimos un convivio muy familiar
