The Space
Four bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom — so everyone has their own space. Two kings, four singles. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. The open-concept kitchen and dining area is fully equipped and designed for real cooking: fresh market ingredients, big group meals, late-night snacks.

The Outdoors
The private pool is yours alone. No sharing, no schedules. The rooftop palapa is where the magic happens — panoramic views of San Pancho's rooftops, jungle, and mountains. On still nights, you can hear the waves.
