Casa Tabachines - Tropical villa 5 min from beach

Three of us recently spent a week at Casa Tabachines while visiting friends with a boat in the marina. This very unique three-bedroom villa offered the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience for our group. The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the cute downtown and marina, making it easy to explore the local area; no need to rent a car. A small bodega and expansive fish market is just at the bottom of the stairs around the corner from the property. The well-maintained and gorgeous pool area provided a daily hangout and refreshing escape from the hot weather. The large covered patio was perfect for dining and relaxing with plenty of comfortable seating. The bedrooms were authentically decorated, offered plenty of space, and each had their own bathroom. Also, each had its own AC unit which really helped to cool things down at the end of the day. The home was also equipped with high-speed internet and a large kitchen. The oversized Bluetooth-capable speaker was a nice addition. Ana was super responsive whenever we needed to contact her. Their place was perfect for our stay in La Cruz.

It was a lovely property! Beautifully landscaped, lovely, clean pool, an elevated property, so there were heavenly breezes, quiet at night with typical, minimum daytime noise. It was private, lots of room for up to 3 couples or a family. Loved having lots of room to be in the sun or the shade. Very easy walking distance to town, marina, and beach! Excellent cooperation and response time with the owners, Salvador & Ana! We felt safe, secure, and luxuriously "spoiled". Would highly, highly recommend a stay at Casa Tabachines!
