Great location close to Vatican City and the train station
The property owner did not have our room correct, did not provide the code to get into the building until 24 hours after I arrived. Thankfully Charles was present and cleaning when we arrived to let us know and provide us code access. When I reached out to the property owner, he kept saying he didn’t know when we were arriving but it was clear on my reservation the time and date. He was not very accommodating and tarnished the experience.

Incredibly helpful hosts, great location
Booked for a king room and on arrival this wasn't available. Was given small discount for the change but the bathroom size and quality was very different. No fridge in room.

Good location, friendly host.
General cleanliness: water kettle needed to be cleaned, floor had some stains. Taps in the bathroom weren't easy to open and leaked a bit. The coffee machine didn't work well. Some things needed some freshening up.
