No breakfast provided
Impossible to find. There were doors with signs for San Pietro Suites, San Pietro Lofts, San Pietro Home, and others, but no one available to help. Fortunately the lady from San Pietro Lofts offered to help. All communication had to be through texting. No response when I asked for assistance.
Also, the housekeeping lady refused to provide an additional hand towel. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels, and that has never happened before.

Good location, friendly host.
General cleanliness: water kettle needed to be cleaned, floor had some stains. Taps in the bathroom weren't easy to open and leaked a bit. The coffee machine didn't work well. Some things needed some freshening up.
