Very clean good location Jon was a nice helpful bloke
Having just had a suite in Santander for half the price , found it very small and expensive for what it was . Understandably San Sebastián is more expensive to stay .

Perfect location, clean and tidy, great communication with Jon.
The room cleaning hours were quite tight, so I missed it every day because I slept through it. i would have liked an opportunity to at least have my towels replaced but there didn’t appear to be staff on site outside cleaning hours. I’m sure i could have contacted Jon at some point though.

The location was perfect for exploring the different neighborhoods in San Sebastian /Donostia and convenient to both the bus and the train station. The place was very clean and comfortable, and Jon, the host was so helpful with recommendations.
Sound carried a bit so you could hear doors / floor creaks at times. It was never a problem.

Good location
We paid for a triple room but put us in a double room for the first night. Ignored all of my messages asking whether we would get a discount for being given the wrong room
