Menu could have been better

Rooms are really nice. Washrooms are simply superb! Greenery in the lawn and around is excellent! Kudos to the gardeners. Service is good. The River Safari is amazing.

Price is little higher. Should arrange a trip from here to Madikeri for the interested guests. Should make the swimming pool area, more vibrant with more side pool-beds and canopies. There should be live counter and bar near the Swimming Pool where customers can order stuff while taking a dip in the pool.

Location and the maintenance. Loved the nature walks.. the best part of the trip was river trekking. One shouldn’t miss this.

Nothing. We loved everything.

The location next to the river is just mesmerising. The food is simply awesome. Everything we tried was tasty and up to the mark.

Few things. 1) the front desk asked to enter into a register which was not required. should be more organised and informed. 2) the bathroom is not ergonomically designed for senior citizens.There should be a separate bath area apart from the tub area. dangerous for senior citizens. 3) water logging issues in bathroom is a big disappointment. 4) spa needs to have a laundry bag to keep used robes 5) massage could have been better 6) people entered pool without proper swim gear. saw one guy enter the pool in his briefs! yet no one to stop. the lady jumped in wearing tshirt and trousers!! very very uncourteous. I jumped out as soon as they made way to the pool. why was no one stopping them given the pool is right next to the restaurant. Briefed the front office of all the above except the pool thing (skipped my mind).
